Shipping policy

  • All Economy Shipping orders are processed within 3-5 business days.

  • Priority Handling orders placed after 1PM EST will be processed the next business day.

  • Please note we do not ship on weekends or holidays.


Estimated Shipping Delivery Times

  • Economy Shipping: 3-8 business days after processing

  • Priority Handling: 3-5 business days after processing

Please note that delays in shipping are beyond our control, and are likely to occur during busy seasons, national holidays, and long weekends. Immortal Fitness is not responsible for said shipping and delivery delays once the package has left our possession.


Shipping Rates

  • Flat shipping rates are calculated at checkout based on package weight. You will be able to see your total shipping cost once you have added all of your items to your cart and go to the check-out page.


Order Tracking

Once your order is shipped, you will receive a confirmation email with tracking information. Please allow 24–48 hours for tracking updates to appear.


Orders that include Pre-sale Items

Please note that adding a ore-sale item to your order will pause your in-stock items from shipping until your pre-sale item becomes available and is ready for shipping. If you need your in-stock items to ship out sooner, consider placing two separate orders. This will ensure that your in-stock items will ship out to you right away.


Address Issues

Please ensure your shipping address is correct before placing your order. We are not responsible for orders shipped to incorrectly entered addresses and are unable to issue a refund/credit for such situations.


Delivered Packages

Once the package is marked as delivered by the carrier, we are not liable for lost or stolen packages. If this occurs, please contact the carrier directly to start an investigation. We are not liable nor responsible to issue any type of refund or credit for cases in which the carrier has confirmed delivery of the package, and customer is not eligible for a refund or credit for the value of said shipment.
